In 2011, Thornbird assisted African Pioneer Limited, a PE based black enterprise, under the leadership of Mr Stephen Dondolo successful secure a Route Operator License for 1000 limited payout machines in the Eastern Cape Province. The company Pioneer Slots (Pty) Limited was borne. This company has achieved great heights since having rolled out its full quota of machines in pubs and other enteraintment venues in towns and cities across the province.
The same knowledge management philosophy was adopted by the Gaming South Division of Sun International and excellent results where consistently achieved from 2000 until 2008.
